Blocking a slot
A blocked slot makes a time range unavailable for booking, without creating an appointment. It's the ideal tool for your breaks, time off and one-off unavailabilities.
Understanding blocked time
Where the Availability tab defines your recurring hours, a blocked slot neutralizes a specific moment in your calendar. The blocked slot automatically removes the corresponding range from the availability offered on your public page: no one will be able to book on it.
Blocking a slot
- In Agenda, open the My agenda tab then click Block time off in the toolbar (lock icon). You can also click directly on an empty area of the calendar to pre-fill the range.
- Fill in the Date, the Start and End time, and a Label if needed ("Lunch break", "Time off"…).

- Click Block. The range appears on your calendar and disappears from the bookable slots on your public page.
Editing or deleting a slot
- Click a blocked slot on the calendar to edit it (dates, label).
- Deleting the slot makes it bookable again: Klarity confirms with you before deletion.
