Activating and sharing your public booking page

Your public page lets your clients book a slot themselves, based on your availability and your session types. It's a link you share wherever you want: email, signature, social media, website.

Understanding the public page

The booking page relies on three already-configured elements: your Availability, your publicly visible Session types, and the identity you display (name, specialty, bio, photo). The Public booking page tab gathers activation, the URL and a Live preview of what the client will see.

Before activating, make sure you have at least one availability range and one visible session type — otherwise your page won't offer any slots.

Activating and configuring

  1. In Agenda › Public booking page, turn on the Page active toggle. As long as it's disabled, a banner reminds you and the link stays inaccessible.

  1. Customize the Page URL (3 to 60 characters: lowercase letters, digits and hyphens) and the Displayed identity: photo, Full name, Short specialty, Bio and a link to your website.
  2. If you coach in person, turn on Show my address on my public page — an option available once the address is filled in under Settings › Organization.

Showcasing yourself on Google

Below the activation card, the Showcase on Google card helps you connect Klarity with your Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) — the free listing that displays your business on Google and Maps, unrelated to Google Ads.

No Google profile yet? The How to create my Google profile banner at the top of the card takes you to the creation guide. The listing isn't required to use Klarity, but it improves your local visibility.

The card contains one action: Highlight your booking page on Google — click Copy to get your booking link, then paste it into the "Bookings / Appointment links" section of your Google listing. The How do I add it to my Google profile? link opens a detailed step-by-step. This block only appears if your public page is active: as long as it's disabled, Klarity invites you to activate it first.

Collecting Google reviews is elsewhere. The link that invites your clients to leave a review (shown in the report email) is now set in Settings › Google reviews, not on this card. See the article Creating your Google Business profile.

Sharing the link

  • In the Public page card, click Copy link to get the URL, or View page to open it as your clients see it.
  • Share it by email, in your signature, on your social media or your website.

On the client side

The client chooses a session type, a free slot, fills in their information and confirms. The booking automatically creates a Scheduled session in your agenda.

If the chosen type is set to Client's choice (the type's Mode & location section), a question "How would you like to have this session?" appears at the slot step: the client then selects Video or In person themselves. For other types, the mode is fixed in advance by your setting and this question doesn't appear.

💡 Tip: only truly free slots (availability, minus appointments and blocked slots) are offered — no risk of double booking.
