Track your usage
Want to know where you stand with your Klarity usage in the current period? The Usage tab shows you, read-only, what you've consumed and your plan's limit for each measured feature.
Where to find your usage
Open Plan & billing, then the Usage tab. The page shows the Your usage header with the subtitle "An overview of your feature usage in the current period.", followed by one card per tracked feature.
The counters
Each card shows the value consumed, your plan's limit and a progress bar.
Clients
The number of active clients on your plan (note: "Number of active clients, excluding demo clients."). Unlike the other counters, this is not a periodic quota but a permanent limit: it's the one that can block a downgrade to Starter if you have too many active clients (see the "Change plan" article). On the Signature plan, the limit is unlimited and the card shows "/ ∞".
Session recording
The time of sessions recorded by Klarity, across all channels. The card's note makes it clear: "Includes every session recorded by Klarity: video calls captured automatically and live audio capture (in-person sessions)." The value and the limit are expressed in hours and minutes.
History import
The number of pages added to the smart memory in the period (note: "Pages added to the smart memory in the current period: history imports and note imports (text or audio)."). It counts the history imports of your pre-Klarity clients and the notes you add to the memory.
Memory Chat questions
The number of questions asked to Memory Chat in the period (note: "Questions asked to Memory Chat in the current period.").
Special display cases
Depending on your plan, a card may display differently:
- Unlimited — when your plan sets no limit, the card shows Unlimited and displays no progress bar.
- Not included in your plan — when a feature isn't part of your plan (for example Memory Chat on an entry-level plan), the card is greyed out and shows "This feature is not included in your current plan.", with an Unlock button that leads to the plan grid.
- Limit reached — when a counter is at its maximum, the card shows "Limit reached. Contact support if needed.".
Raising your limits
At the bottom of the tab, the About these limits block reminds you that the quotas comfortably cover an active solo-coach workload, and offers an action suited to your plan:
- If you're not on the most complete plan, the Upgrade plan button takes you to the plan grid to raise your quotas.
- If you're already on the Signature plan, there's no plan above it: the button becomes Contact our sales team, to look into your need directly with us.
