Plans: Starter, Professional, Signature

Klarity offers three plans designed for different levels of practice. You, the coach, pay for the subscription: your clients never pay Klarity. This article helps you choose the plan and the billing period that suit you.

Understanding the three plans

The plan grid appears in Plan & billing, on the Plan & change tab. The detail of the features included per plan is shown there live and is authoritative (a features × plans cross table is available via See the full features × plans breakdown).

  • Starter — the essentials to get your practice started with Klarity. It caps the number of active clients and doesn't include the advanced features (such as Memory Chat).
  • Professional — the core-target plan, marked Core target · Recommended. It unlocks advanced features such as Memory Chat and Session Insights.
  • Signature — the most complete offer, with the highest quotas (unlimited active clients) and exclusives such as the end-of-engagement booklet and the post-session quiz.

Good to know: during your Trial, every feature is unlocked whatever the plan. Choosing a plan only becomes necessary when you subscribe.

Each plan sets its limits: a maximum number of active clients (unlimited on Signature) and monthly quotas (video recording, import pages, Memory Chat questions). Some features aren't included in the entry-level plans. You track all of this on the Usage tab — see the "Track your usage" article. The active-client cap, in particular, can block a downgrade to Starter.

Monthly or annual

At the top of the grid, a Monthly / Yearly selector adjusts how prices are displayed (shown excl. tax). The annual option carries the 2 months free badge: paying yearly comes to ten monthly payments instead of twelve.

  1. Open the Plan & change tab.
  2. Switch the selector to Monthly or Yearly to compare prices.
  3. Spot the plan that matches your usage, then start the subscription (see the "Change plan" article).

💡 Tip: if Memory Chat is part of your daily workflow, aim for Professional at least — that's the plan it's included from.
