Refer other coaches
Coaching is a relationship business. If Klarity helps you, you can tell the coaches around you about it — and you both benefit. This article explains the Referral tab on the coach's side and the benefit the person you refer enjoys.
Where to find referral
Open Plan & billing: the Referral tab appears in the tab bar. It's titled Introduce Klarity to a fellow coach.
The benefit on both sides
At the top of the tab, two cards sum up the principle:
- For you — −10 €/month per active referral, stacking with each colleague referred (up to the simultaneous active-referral cap set by your account). Your referrals can thus reduce, or even cover, your entire subscription.
- For your colleague — −50% for their first 2 months, whatever plan they choose.
Sharing your personal link
The Your personal link section shows your referral link and a Copy link button.
- Click Copy link: your link is placed on the clipboard.
- Share it with a colleague by email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn or in your email signature.
- Below the link, Klarity tells you how many times it was visited this month.
When your colleague opens this link, they land on a dedicated landing page then get redirected to sign-up, with your referral already attached to their account.
How it works
The How it works section details the three steps:
- You share your link — you send your personal link to a fellow coach.
- Your colleague subscribes — they discover Klarity, start the 14-day free trial, then subscribe. They get −50% for their first 2 months.
- You get the discount — as long as your colleague stays subscribed, your own subscription is reduced by −10 €/month, stacking with each referral.
Who counts as a referral
The Good to know reminder makes it clear: only a coach who doesn't already have a Klarity account counts as a referral. A coach already registered — active subscriber or on a free trial — isn't eligible.
Tracking your referrals
The My referrals section recaps your program:
- Three indicators: Active referrals, Discount on your next invoice and Visits this month.
- A referrals table, with each one's subscription status — Active, On trial or Unsubscribed — and the associated discount.
Referrer discount vs referred-coach discount: don't mix them up
Two benefits coexist in the program, one on each person's side:
- The referrer discount — this is yours when you invite a fellow coach. It's worth −10 €/month per active referral and grows with each referral: every new referral who stays subscribed adds their reduction to the previous one (stacking, up to the cap set by your account). It appears in My referrals, on the Discount on your next invoice line.
- The referred-coach discount — this is the one for the coach you referred: −50% for their first 2 months, whatever their plan. It's attached to their account, not yours.
In other words: referring a colleague lowers your bill; being referred lowers theirs. The two are independent and can exist at the same time if you're both a referrer (you invite) and a referred coach (you were invited to begin with).
On the referred coach's side: the referral discount
If it's you who was referred, you have nothing to do: the benefit is attached to your account from sign-up via your referrer's link. It's first recorded as a pending discount while you're on your trial (no invoice has been issued yet), then applied automatically to your first subscription as soon as you subscribe.
After you log in, Plan & billing shows a Thanks to your referral reminder: "You get [discount] off your first 2 months — applied automatically to your first subscription." The plan grid already reflects this discount (each price shows the discounted rate), and a reminder stays visible on the Overview.
