Fix sign-in problems

Can't sign in to Klarity? Before assuming an outage, know that most blocks come from a wrong password, an email not yet verified, or a temporary limit after several attempts. Here are the most frequent causes, and how to clear them one by one.

Understanding the sign-in screen

You sign in with your email address and your password. Until your email is verified (brand-new account), access to the app stays limited. And to protect you, Klarity temporarily blocks sign-ins after too many failed attempts.

Good to know: the session refreshes automatically in the background. You don't have to sign in again on every visit as long as you stay active.

Possible causes and solutions

  1. Incorrect credentials — double-check the email and password, watching for capital letters and extra spaces.
  2. Forgotten password — click Forgot password? on the sign-in screen, enter your email and follow the reset link you receive (remember to check your spam folder).
  3. Too many attempts — after several failures, access is temporarily limited (message Too many attempts). Wait a few minutes before trying again.
  4. Unverified email — if your account is recent, first open the verification link received at sign-up. Need to receive it again? Use Resend verification email.

If you changed your email recently, sign in with the new address once the change is confirmed — the old one no longer works.

Still blocked

  • Try another browser or a private browsing window to rule out a cache issue or an extension.
  • Check your internet connection: Klarity shows an Offline indicator when the connection is down.

💡 Tip: if the reset or verification link says it's "invalid or expired," it has already been used or is too old. Just request a new one.
