Enriching a session
Enriching a session means adding your own observations — impressions, hypotheses, points to dig into — that don't appear in the transcription. These notes are integrated into the final summary and feed the client's memory.
Understanding enrichment
Enrichment is only possible while the session is Summary ready · editable. Your observations are marked as coming from you, then the summary is regenerated to include them. The window during which you can enrich is set in Settings › Sessions & memory (Enrichment window); the session banner shows the time remaining.
Adding an enrichment
- On the session page, open the Enrich tab, titled Enrich the summary.
- Type your observations into the field.
- Click Save and integrate: the note is added and the summary starts regenerating. The page updates automatically.
Dictate instead of typing
You don't have to type everything on the keyboard. The Dictate button (microphone icon) below the field records your voice and inserts it, transcribed, at the cursor position — without erasing what you'd already written. Handy right after a session, to capture a fresh impression without stopping to type.
Enriching a session vs. client Notes
- Enrich — observations tied to this session, that complete its summary and feed the memory.
- Notes (client file tab) — more general annotations about the client, independent of any session.
