Demo data

To let you explore Klarity risk-free, your account may contain sample clients and sessions added automatically. They are clearly identified and can be deleted in one click when you're ready to work for real.


Understanding demo data


This is fictional data: no real information, nothing is sent to real clients. It only exists to show you what a filled-in client record, a session and a built-up memory look like.


Recognizing demo data


Demo items carry a Demo badge, visible in the My clients list, on the client's record and on their sessions.


As long as your account contains sample clients, a (dismissible) callout at the top of the My clients list reminds you: "Some clients are sample data, marked with the Demo badge…", with a direct Settings › Demo data link to their deletion.


Deleting them


The Demo data entry only appears in your settings while your account still contains sample data; it disappears once that data is deleted.


  1. Go to Settings › Demo data.
  2. In the Demo data block, click Delete demo data, then confirm.



All demo clients and sessions are then removed at once.


Deleting demo data is permanent and irreversible. However, your real clients are never affected: only the items marked Demo disappear.
