Consent statuses
A client's consent status is always visible at a glance thanks to a colored badge. It tells you immediately whether you can record their sessions.
Understanding the consent badge
A consent badge (colored dot + icon + label) appears in the clients list, on the client's file and in their Consent tab. You can also filter the clients list by status using the All consents filter.
The five possible statuses
- Consent OK — the client has validated their consent. Audio capture is authorized according to the planned mode.
- Pending — the link has been sent, the client hasn't answered yet.
- Refused — the client received the link and declined recording.
- Withdrawn — the client had given their agreement then withdrew it. Capture is disabled.
- To send — no link has been sent to this client yet.
Impact on capture
What stays allowed before consent depends on your If the client hasn't consented yet setting, in Settings › Sessions & memory, section Consent. Four values:
- Text and voice — text and audio capture stays possible despite the missing consent (your responsibility as data controller).
- Text only — no audio recording is triggered; enrichment via text notes stays available. This is the default behavior described above.
- Voice only — your settings still allow audio recording.
- Disabled — no capture is triggered, neither audio nor text notes.
Whatever the setting, you always keep the ability to enrich a session with hand-typed text notes for your personal use.
Downloading proof of consent
As soon as a client has made a decision — Consent OK, Refused or Withdrawn — a Proof-of-consent certificate block appears in their Consent tab. The Download the certificate button generates a timestamped PDF attesting their decision: identities, date and the version of the legal document in force.
