Complete your coach profile
Your coach profile is what your clients see first on your booking page. A clear headline and a few well-chosen specialties are enough to reassure a prospective client before they book.
Understanding the Profile & account page
Everything is set from Settings › Profile & account (Settings left menu). This page brings together several blocks: Account (your personal information), Public profile (your storefront), Location (your time zone), Login email and Password.
This article focuses on the Public profile block — the identity shown to your clients: banner, photo, headline, specialties, bio, website, payment methods and spoken languages. It is exactly the same data you entered during onboarding: you can edit it here at any time.
Filling in your public profile
- Open Settings › Profile & account and locate the Public profile block.
- Banner — the cover image at the top of your public page. Use Add a banner (or Change if you already have one), and Remove to take it down. A wide, short format is recommended (≈ 1600×400), 5 MB maximum. Like the photo, it is processed and then applied automatically.
- Change photo — click the button below your avatar to upload your portrait (JPG, PNG or WebP, 2 MB maximum). The photo is processed and then applied automatically.
- Headline — enter a sentence that introduces you (e.g. "I help leaders decide faster"), 80 characters max with a counter. It appears at the top of your public page.
- Specialties — add your coaching areas via the Add button (searchable menu, checkboxes); they appear as removable chips. If you pick Other, a free-text field appears so you can specify. At least one specialty is required.
- Bio — a longer text (240 characters max) to introduce yourself; a counter shows where you stand.
- Website — your site address, without the
https://(already prefixed on the left of the field). - Accepted payment methods — add the methods you accept (bank card, transfer, SEPA direct debit, cash, cheque, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Lydia…). This is purely informational: the list is shown on your public page, Klarity never collects any payment.
- Spoken languages — indicate the languages in which you coach your clients; they also appear on your public page.
The headline and specialties are independent: editing your specialties does not rewrite your headline.
