Collect Google reviews automatically

Google reviews boost the visibility of your coaching business. Klarity can invite your clients to leave one automatically, by adding a "Leave a review" button to the report email sent after each session.

Understanding Google reviews

The setting lives in Settings › Reviews. When you enter your Google review collection link there, every report email sent to your clients after a session shows a "Leave a Google review" block that points to your listing.

As long as the field is empty, this block does not appear: review collection is disabled by default, it's a step you enable yourself.

Good to know: this setting has no effect on your public booking page — it only acts on the report email. To showcase your Google listing to new clients, see the article on the Google Business listing.

Filling in your review link

  1. Get your "Ask for reviews" link from Google (format https://g.page/r/.../review) from your Google Business listing.
  2. In Settings › Reviews, paste it into the Google review collection link field.
  3. Click Save. The review block is now added to future report emails.

To stop collecting, empty the field or click Remove: the block disappears from subsequent emails.

The report email goes to all your clients. Don't reserve the review request for satisfied clients only: selecting reviews is against Google's rules.

💡 Tip: don't have a Google Business listing yet? It's free and also lets you display a booking link. Follow the "Create your Google Business listing" article to set it up, then come back and copy your review link here.
