What is Klarity?

Klarity remembers and prepares your coaching sessions, so you arrive ready for every appointment without spending your evenings on it. It's the tool to open before and after each session to keep track of every engagement over time.

Understanding what Klarity does

Klarity focuses on the memory and preparation of your sessions — not on admin. Session after session, the tool builds a coaching memory unique to each client, which it then reuses to prepare you before the next appointment and answer your questions.

In practice, Klarity helps you:

  • keep a living memory of each client, session after session, without rereading your notes for hours;
  • capture your sessions (video or in person) and get an automatically generated summary;
  • prepare each appointment with a briefing that recalls the essentials of the client's journey;
  • query your memory in natural language through Memory Chat, powered by your assistant Memo.

Your daily starting point is the Dashboard: it highlights your sessions for the day, the reports to review and the tasks to handle.

What Klarity does not do

Klarity is not a billing tool, an accounting tool, or an online course platform. The tool stays intentionally centered on the engagement and the coach–client relationship.

Who Klarity is for

For independent coaches in professional and personal development, who follow a portfolio of clients over time.

It's you (the coach) who uses Klarity. Your clients have nothing to install or pay for: they only step in to book a session and give their consent.
