Quick tour of the interface
All navigation in Klarity happens from the left side menu. This quick tour shows you what each entry is for, so you can find your way from your very first minutes.
Understanding the side menu
The menu is organized in groups. At the top, your day-to-day workspace; at the very bottom, your public links and account shortcuts. The menu stays visible at all times; on mobile, it opens via the menu button.
Workspace
- Dashboard — your view of the day: next session, sessions to handle, quick actions.
- Practice insights — your practice indicators over time (session volume, cadence, benchmarks) to step back and take stock.
- Agenda — your calendar, your availability and your appointments.
- To do — the hub that brings together your items to handle (reports to review, consents pending…) and your follow-up Tasks, in two tabs. A badge shows the number of items waiting for you now.
- My clients — the list of your clients and their profiles.
- My groups — your groups and companies, to organize group sessions.
- Memory Chat — query your coaching memory in natural language; this is where you talk with Memo, your assistant.
At the bottom of the menu
- My public profile — the booking link to share with your clients (visible once your public page is enabled). A Copy link action appears on hover, handy for pasting it into an email.
- Referral — your referral link and its tracking (visible if you're eligible).
- Help center — this knowledge base (opens a new tab).
- Settings — profile & account, organization, sessions & memory, tags, AI templates, connectors, privacy & GDPR.
The Create menu
In the top bar, the Create button is a creation shortcut available from any screen: no need to go to the agenda or the client list to add something. Click Create, then choose what you want to add:
- Note — an enrichment note attached to a client or a group.
- Task — a follow-up action.
- Client — a new client record.
- Group — a new group (see My groups).
- Individual session — an appointment with a client.
- Group session — a session with several participants from the same group.
- Idea — a suggestion to share with the Klarity team.
The matching form opens over the current screen, without taking you away from the page you're on.
The Dashboard
It's your daily starting point. At the top, a row of indicators (Sessions today, Sessions this week, Clients seen this week, Reports to review) sums up your activity. Below, you'll find:
- Your morning digest — an AI-generated recap of what's waiting for you during the day.
- Today's sessions — your appointments for the day, with direct access to each session.
- Pre-session briefings to review — the preparation notes ready for your upcoming appointments.
- Tasks for the day — your follow-up actions to handle today.
- Clients to follow up — the clients with no recent session, to reach out to.
