Quick tour of the interface

All navigation in Klarity happens from the left side menu. This quick tour shows you what each entry is for, so you can find your way from your very first minutes.

Understanding the side menu

The menu is organized in groups. At the top, your day-to-day workspace; below it, your public links to share, then the community; at the very bottom, your account shortcuts. The menu stays visible at all times; on mobile, it opens via the menu button.

Workspace

  • Dashboard — your view of the day: next session, sessions to handle, quick actions.
  • Agenda — your calendar, your availability and your appointments.
  • My clients — the list of your clients and their profiles.
  • Memory Chat — query your coaching memory in natural language; this is where you talk with Memo, your assistant.
  • Tasks — your follow-up actions, added by hand or suggested by Memo; a badge shows the number of tasks to handle now (overdue or due today).
  • Notifications — the important events (consent, end of a session's processing…).

My public links

  • My public page — the booking link to share with your clients (visible once your public page is enabled).
  • Consent link — the link to collect a client's consent.

The My public page and Consent link links have a Copy link action on hover, handy for pasting them into an email.

Community

  • Ideas & Roadmap — suggest ideas, vote and follow what we're building.

At the bottom of the menu

  • Referral — your referral link and its tracking.
  • Help center — this knowledge base (opens a new tab).
  • Settings — profile, organization, capture, tags, AI templates, privacy.

Plan & billing isn't in this menu: you access it from your profile (user menu at the bottom of the sidebar) or from the header.

The Dashboard

It's your daily starting point. At the top, a row of indicators (Sessions today, Sessions this week, Clients seen this week, Reports to review) sums up your activity. Below, you'll find:

  • Your morning digest — an AI-generated recap of what's waiting for you during the day.
  • Today's sessions — your appointments for the day, with direct access to each session.
  • Pre-session briefings to review — the preparation notes ready for your upcoming appointments.
  • Tasks for the day — your follow-up actions to handle today.
  • Clients to follow up — the clients with no recent session, to reach out to.

If your Google Calendar sync is interrupted, a Google Calendar sync interrupted banner shows at the top of the Dashboard, inviting you to reconnect it.
