Onboarding step by step

On your first sign-in, an assistant guides you step by step to set up the essentials of your Klarity workspace. Expect 3 to 5 minutes.

Understanding the assistant

Onboarding adapts to your answers: some steps only appear if they concern you (for example, the Video step only shows if you coach remotely). A step bar at the top shows your progress.

The About you and Profile steps are required. The optional steps (Features, Agenda, Session types) show a Skip this step button in the footer.

The assistant is mandatory on first sign-in: there's no button to leave it before the end. Nothing is final, though — everything can be changed afterwards in Settings.

The steps

  1. Getting started — the "Welcome to Klarity" welcome screen presents the 14-day free trial and the flow. Click Continue to move on.
  2. About you — indicate your specialties, how you run your sessions (Video / In person), your formats (Individual session / Group sessions) and your number of active clients. These answers tailor the rest of the assistant.
  3. Video (if you coach remotely) — choose your video call platform: Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams. This step only appears if you ticked Video in the previous step.
  4. Profile — fill in your profile photo, your bio, your public page URL and your personal website. This information appears on your booking page and on the consent page signed by your clients.
  5. Features — tick the features you're most interested in; this helps us prioritize. Optional step.
  6. Agenda — connect Google Calendar to sync your appointments and trigger the recording of your video sessions. Optional step.
  7. Session types — validate or adjust the suggested session types (duration, format). They feed your public booking page.

On the last step, the bottom button becomes Finish and go to Klarity and takes you to the completion screen.

The completion screen recaps two actions for a good start — Share your public page (to send to your prospective clients) and Prepare your existing clients (send them the consent link, with an Email template ready to copy) — then the Go to my dashboard button confirms the end of setup.

The very first time, a short animated presentation of Klarity plays once before opening your Dashboard. It won't appear again afterwards.

💡 Tip: nothing is final. Everything you enter here can be changed afterwards in Settings, and you can connect Google Calendar later if you skipped it.
