The group record in detail

The group record mirrors the client record, at the scale of the group: it gathers the group's follow-up, its sessions, its memory, your notes and its list of clients. It's your starting point before and after each group session.

Understanding how the record is organized

The record is made of a header (identity and main actions) followed by seven tabs. Each client in the group also keeps their own record and individual memory — the group organizes the sessions, it never merges the histories.

The header

Here you find the group's avatar and name, the attached company, a client counter (clickable, it opens the Clients tab), the number of sessions completed and the coaching start date, along with the actions:

  • New session — schedules a group session with this group preselected. Reserved for the Professional plan (lock icon otherwise, which opens an upgrade window).
  • More actions (menu) — gives access to Edit, Clone group and Delete group.

The tabs

The seven tabs are directly linkable (?tab=), with the Overview tab opening by default.

  • Overview — the essentials at a glance: the next session (with Open, Edit, Cancel), the last summary, the group's open tasks, the statistics (sessions completed, cadence, clients, active objectives) and a Schedule a session button.
  • Trajectory — the group's progress across sessions and its objectives.
  • Memory — the group's Memory Chat, the next session's briefing and the summaries of past sessions. See the dedicated article.
  • Sessions — the full history of the group's sessions.
  • Notes — your private notes at the group level, visible to you only (they aren't tied to a session in v1).
  • Clients — the group's roster. You can Add clients or remove one (a confirmation appears), and manage the Occasional guests section for one-off attendees. Each client keeps their own record and individual memory.
  • Settings — the group's name, the Coaching start date and the danger zone Delete this group.

There is no Consent tab on the group record: in group work, consent stays individual and is managed on each client's record.

The participant list is frozen for each session: adding or removing a client from the group only affects upcoming sessions. After a roster change, an "Apply to upcoming sessions" dialog lets you propagate the adjustment.

Deleting a group

From the Settings tab, the danger zone offers Delete this group. A Delete permanently confirmation is requested before the action.

Deleting a group is permanent. Sessions already held and client records stay intact, but the group and its organization disappear — this action can't be undone.

💡 Tip: use Clone group to start from an existing roster when you run a new cohort with similar participants.
