Understanding the To do hub

The To do hub gathers, in one place, everything that needs your attention: the sessions that call for an action and your follow-up tasks. A single menu entry, so nothing slips through the cracks between two appointments.

Where to find it

In the side menu, open To do. A badge on this entry counts what's waiting for you now; it turns amber as soon as an item is overdue and disappears when everything is up to date.

Two tabs, two kinds of work

The hub opens on two tabs.

To handle

The queue of sessions that need an action from you, across all clients: a report to review, a missed session, a synthesis to restart… It's your session-side to-do pile, and it's the tab open by default.

Tasks

Your personal follow-up actions: what you need to do between two sessions, entered by hand or adopted from a Memo suggestion.

The open tab is remembered in the address (?tab=…): you can bookmark the Tasks tab directly. Without a parameter, the hub opens on To handle.

To handle or Tasks: which one to check?

  • To handle answers "which sessions do I need to finalize?" — the raw material Klarity produces after your appointments.
  • Tasks answers "what did I commit to doing?" — your own follow-up reminders.

💡 Tip: open To do at the start of your day. The badge tells you at a glance whether there are sessions left to handle or overdue tasks, with no digging.
