Tasks suggested by Memo

When you prepare a session or take stock in the Memory Chat, Memo can spot follow-up actions and propose them below its answer. You stay in control: nothing is added to your tasks without your confirmation.

Understanding Memo's suggestions

At the end of certain answers — typically a preparation briefing or a check on a client — Memo identifies the next actions mentioned and presents them as suggested tasks. These are only proposals: they become real tasks only if you adopt them.

Memo never creates a task silently. Until you've adopted a suggestion, it appears neither in your list nor on the client's record.

Adopt a suggestion

Suggestions show up in a box below Memo's answer, each ticked by default.

  1. Go through the suggestions and untick the ones you don't want to keep.
  2. Confirm the selected tasks: they're added to your list right away, with their due date if Memo proposed one.
  3. A summary confirms the addition and offers a direct link to your Tasks.

If none of the suggestions interest you, the Dismiss option closes the box without creating anything.

Recognizing a suggested task

A task adopted from the chat carries a Memo badge in your list, which sets it apart from a task created by hand. When you open it, you can see which conversation it came from, with a link to go back to it.

If you later delete the source conversation, the task is kept: its panel simply indicates that the source conversation is no longer available.

💡 Tip: the Memory Chat is included from the Professional plan (and free during the trial). Task suggestions therefore arrive at the same time as access to the chat.
