Vote for an idea and follow the Roadmap

Your vote is the strongest signal you send to the Klarity team: it pushes up the ideas that matter to you. The Roadmap then shows you what's been prioritized and where each improvement stands. Voting is how you weigh in on what Klarity builds next.

Vote for an idea

Every idea on the board shows a vote counter. You can vote directly from the List, from the Roadmap, or from the idea's detail view.

  1. Spot the idea you're interested in on the List (use search or the Status and Category filters if needed).
  2. Click the card's vote button to back it. The counter goes up immediately.
  3. To undo, click again: your vote is removed and the counter goes back down.

One vote per coach: you can vote only once per idea. A vote is a priority signal, not a tally.

Find every idea you've backed in the My votes tab of the board.

Sort and filter ideas

To find your way around the board, the List offers several tools:

  • TabsAll ideas, My ideas (the ones you've suggested), My votes (the ones you've backed).
  • Filters — by Status (Open, Under review, Planned, In progress, Shipped, Declined) and by Category.
  • SortMost voted, Most recent, Oldest first, By category or By target date.

Follow the Roadmap

Switch to Roadmap (List / Roadmap toggle at the top of the screen) to see the progress of prioritized ideas, split into three columns:

  • Planned — the idea is scheduled: the Klarity team is going to build it. A target period may be shown ("Planned for October 2026", "Q4 2026").
  • In progress — development is active.
  • Shipped — the feature is available in Klarity.

Each card shows the votes and, when the team has added it, a Team note and the target period. You can still vote directly on the Roadmap cards.

Not every idea appears on the Roadmap: only the ones the Klarity team has prioritized show up there. An idea can also be Declined — it then doesn't join the columns, and its detail view explains the decision.

Understanding an idea's statuses

An idea's detail view shows its progress status, from submission to release:

  • Open — initial status; the idea has just been published and is waiting for votes.
  • Under review — the team is assessing feasibility and interest.
  • Planned — the idea is scheduled.
  • In progress — in active development.
  • Shipped — the feature is available.
  • Declined — the idea won't be taken forward; the detail view explains why.

💡 Tip: you don't need to check anything manually. When an idea you suggested moves forward or ships, Klarity lets you know — no need to come back and check the Roadmap every day.
