Suggest an idea
Missing a feature, or slowed down by a small detail every day? Suggest an idea: it joins the community board, where other coaches can vote for it and where the Klarity team takes it into account when prioritizing what comes next.
Understanding what happens after you submit
A suggested idea is not published immediately. It first goes through a review by the Klarity team: this check avoids duplicates and off-topic entries, and keeps the board readable. Once approved, your idea becomes visible to the whole community and open to votes.
In the meantime, your idea stays visible to you only, marked Awaiting review. Find it again in the My ideas tab of the board.
Steps
- On the List, click Suggest an idea (top right; on mobile, the floating button at the bottom of the screen).
- A Suggest an idea panel opens. Fill in the three fields:
- Idea title — a clear, short sentence that sums up the suggestion (at least 10 characters). This is what other coaches see first.
- Detailed description — explain the problem you're facing, your proposal, and why it would help other coaches (at least 30 characters). The more concrete the context, the better the idea is understood and voted for.
- Category — classify your idea: Session capture, Memory & follow-up, Emails & reports, Calendar, Steering, Billing & plan or Other.
- Click Publish my idea. A confirmation screen appears: your idea has been sent and is awaiting review. You can then View my ideas (My ideas tab) or Suggest another idea.
Writing a good idea
- Describe the problem before the solution — the real need helps the team find the best answer.
- One idea = one proposal — avoid mixing several suggestions into a single idea.
- Give the context — in what situation your idea would help you.
Editing an idea you've already suggested
As long as you're the author, you can revise it: open its detail view and click Edit my idea. An edit goes back through the team's review before becoming visible again.
