# Sending the post-session quiz to your client

| Feature available on the **Signature** plan (unlocked during the free trial).

The **post-session quiz** keeps your client working between two sessions: after each summarized session, the AI prepares a short personalized questionnaire from what was actually said. You review it, adjust it, send it — your client answers in two minutes, with no account, and their answers feed the next briefing and their memory.

# Understanding the post-session quiz

On a one-to-one session page, the **Quiz** tab is headed **Post-session quiz**. The quiz is built on the **session summary**: once the summary is generated, a question draft appears automatically in the tab with the **To review and send** status. While it is being prepared, the tab shows **Draft being generated…** — the questions appear automatically in a few moments.

| Nothing goes out without you: the quiz is **never sent automatically**. You review the draft, edit it freely, then decide to send it — or skip it.

The post-session quiz is exclusive to the **Signature** plan. On other plans, the tab stays visible but shows a presentation screen with the **Unlock** button.

## The conditions to send

- The client's **consent** must be confirmed. Otherwise the tab shows **Quiz unavailable** — as soon as they grant it, the quiz for this session becomes available again.
- The **client record must have an email address**: without one, the send button is disabled with an explanation.
- The quiz applies to **one-to-one sessions** only (no quiz on a group session) and is not available on a **demo session**.

# Reviewing and adjusting the draft

1. On the session page, open the **Quiz** tab.
2. Review the questions the AI proposed. You can rephrase them, remove some, add your own, or change their type: **short text**, **long text**, **single choice**, **multiple choice** or **yes/no** (up to 15 questions).
3. Click **Save draft** to keep your adjustments — the **Draft saved** toast confirms.

| The AI likes to slip in a question anchored in the session — for example "How many times do you think you said the word 'doubt' this week?" — giving the client a concrete thread to observe.

## Marking an expected answer

On some questions, you can set an **expected answer**: the answer you're hoping to see, so you can spot the gap at a glance when the replies come in. This is only available on **single choice** and **yes/no** questions — not on short or long text, nor on multiple choice.

1. In the editor, open the question.
2. For a **single choice**, each option shows a **Mark as the expected answer** button; click it on the right option (**Remove the expected answer** to clear it). For a **yes/no**, two **Yes** / **No** buttons let you tick the expected answer.
3. The hint **Tick the expected answer (visible only to you)** reminds you it's for your eyes only.

|| The expected answer is **for your eyes only**: it **never** appears on the quiz your client receives, nor in their answers. It's a preparation marker, not a right answer to find.

If you rename or delete the option you had marked, the marker simply falls back to empty — that's normal: re-tick the expected answer on the new list.

# Sending the quiz

1. Click **Send quiz**. The draft needs at least one question.
2. Your client receives an email in their language with a secure link to their answer page — no account needed. The status switches to **Sent {date} · awaiting reply**, with the reminder: the link is valid for **30 days**.
3. Once the client has answered, the status switches to **Answered {date}** and their answers show up in the tab, question by question.

On the sent quiz, a question with an expected answer shows **Expected answer: {value}** beneath it (visible only to you). In the client's answers view, Klarity compares for you: if their answer matches, it carries **Matches the expected answer** (green, ticked); otherwise an **Expected answer: {value}** reminder flags the gap. You find that same gap again in the **next session's briefing**, when you prepare.

|| The link allows a **single submission**: once their answers are sent, a client reopening the link sees "You already answered". After 30 days without an answer, the link expires.

The answers received **feed the next session's briefing and the client's memory**: you find them again while preparing, with nothing to copy over. A notification tells you when a draft awaits your review and when answers come in.

# Skipping a quiz

If a quiz makes no sense for this session, click **Skip this quiz**. A **Skip this quiz?** confirmation states that the quiz won't be sent for this session and that the action **can't be undone**: a skipped quiz can't be reopened. The next summarized session will offer a fresh draft.

| 💡 **Tip:** keep the quiz short — three to five questions with a single open one. A quiz answered in two minutes comes back filled in; a lengthy questionnaire rarely comes back at all.
