# Navigating the clients list

The **My clients** page brings together all of your clients. It lets you quickly find any client, open their record, create a new one, or import your entire list at once.

# Understanding the list

Each row shows the **Client** (name, email, tags), their **Consent**, the number of **Sessions**, their **Last session** and their **Next**. It's your overview: sorting, search and filters work together to surface the right clients at the right moment.

# Search, filter, sort

- **Search** — type a name, an email or a tag in the search field.
- **Filters** — refine the display by **consent** (Consent OK, Pending, Refused, Withdrawn, To send) or by **activity** (Active, Dormant). A client becomes **Dormant** once they have had no completed session for a set number of days (**90 days by default**); this threshold is adjustable in **Settings › Sessions & memory**, and the filter shows the current value ("Dormant (90d+)").
- **Archived** — by default, only your **Active clients** are shown. Switch to **Archived** to see only frozen clients, or to **All (incl. archived)** to display everything.
- **Tags** — filter on one or several themes.
- **Sort** — click a column header to sort; click again to reverse the order.
- **Reset** — clears the search and filters.

# Opening a record

Click a row — or the chevron **›** at the end of the row — to open the client's record.

# Archiving a client

A client you no longer coach can be **archived** (frozen): they leave your active clients, the Memory Chat and your statistics, but **their data and history are kept** and you can reactivate them at any time. Archived clients carry an **Archived** badge and appear dimmed.

To archive from the list, open the menu at the end of the row and choose **Archive this client** (or do it from the record). To reactivate, filter on **Archived**, open the row's menu and choose **Unarchive this client**.

|| Unarchiving is subject to your plan's active-client cap. If the limit is reached, Klarity lets you know and offers to archive another client or upgrade to a higher plan.

# Acting on several clients at once

The **Select** button at the top of the list turns on **selection mode**: a checkbox appears on each row and an action bar is displayed.

1. Check the clients you want, or check the header box to **select the page**. A link then offers to **select the N clients** matching your filters, beyond the displayed page.
2. In the action bar, choose **Archive**, **Unarchive** or **Add tag**. The **Add tag** option opens an input: tags are **added** to each client's existing tags, without removing anything.
3. **Exit selection** closes the mode and clears the selection.

| The selection is kept when you change pages, but is cleared as soon as you change the search or a filter. When unarchiving in bulk, some clients may not be reactivated if your plan's cap is exceeded — Klarity tells you.

# Adding or importing clients

Two actions are available at the top of the page:

- **New client** — creates a record manually (see the dedicated article).
- **Import clients** — brings over your entire directory from a CSV, XLSX or XLS file exported from your previous tool or a spreadsheet.

| Clients from the demo data carry a **Demo** badge in the list. You can delete them at any time from your settings.

| 💡 **Tip:** on mobile, the list is shown as cards; search and filters stay accessible from the **Filters** button.
