# Complete your coach profile

Your coach profile is what your clients see first on your booking page. A clear headline and a few well-chosen specialties are enough to reassure a prospective client before they book.

# Understanding the Profile pages

Since the Settings reorganization, your profile is spread across **three pages** of the left menu:

- **Settings › Profile & account** — your personal information: profile photo, first name, last name, phone, language, time zone, login email and password. The **Your language** field is the language **the AI writes your content in** (summaries, briefings…) — it **doesn't affect the interface language**.
- **Settings › Public profile** — your **storefront**: the identity shown on your public booking page. That is what this article covers.
- **Settings › AI personalization** — your coaching practice, used by the AI (never shown to clients). See the dedicated article.

| Your booking URL, your availability and the visibility of your public page are not set here: all of that is configured in **Agenda › Public booking page** (a note at the bottom of the Public profile page points you there).

The public profile content is exactly the same data you entered during onboarding: you can edit it here at any time. A **This is your first impression** callout reminds you at the top of the card: prospects see this information **before** booking — a complete, professional profile builds trust and drives more bookings.

| Good to know: your changes are only saved once you click **Save changes** in the bar that appears at the bottom of the page as soon as you change anything.

# Filling in your public profile

1. Open **Settings › Public profile**.
2. **Banner** — the cover image at the top of your public page. Use **Add a banner** (or **Change** if you already have one), and **Remove** to take it down. A wide, short format is recommended (≈ 1600×400), 5 MB maximum. It is processed and then applied automatically.
3. **Headline** — enter a sentence that introduces you (e.g. "I help leaders decide faster"), 80 characters max with a counter. It appears at the top of your public page.
4. **Specialties** — add your coaching areas via the **Add** button (searchable menu, checkboxes); they appear as removable chips. If you pick **Other**, a free-text field appears so you can specify. At least one specialty is required.
5. **Bio** — a longer text (240 characters max) to introduce yourself; a counter shows where you stand.
6. **Website** — your site address, without the `https://` (already prefixed on the left of the field).
7. **Accepted payment methods** — add the methods you accept (bank card, transfer, SEPA direct debit, cash, cheque, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Lydia…). This is purely **informational**: the list is shown on your public page, Klarity never collects any payment.
8. **Spoken languages** — indicate the languages in which you coach your clients; they also appear on your public page.

The headline and specialties are **independent**: editing your specialties does not rewrite your headline.

# Changing your profile photo

Your **photo** (the avatar shown on your public page and inside the app) is changed in **Settings › Profile & account**: click the button below your avatar to upload your portrait (JPG, PNG or WebP, 2 MB maximum), crop it, and it is applied automatically.

| 💡 **Tip:** a one-sentence headline + 3 to 5 readable specialties beat a long list. Think about what a client wants to know in 3 seconds on your page.
